Domestic Shipping

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $12 with orders over $100 receiving free shipping. As these are delicate pieces often requiring careful packaging it can take time to pack them. Please rest assured your piece will be shipped within five business days of purchase.

International Shipping

More than happy to post Internationally but please email so that I can arrange a quote for shipping costs.

Returns

As these are one off hand made pieces I unfortunately do not accept returns due to of change of mind.

Broken or Lost Goods

If your piece unfortunately arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hours of it’s arrival and send photos. I will be more than happy to refund or replace any lost or damaged works. Original shipping costs however are not refundable.
